Summary:
In the role of ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The role demands continuous evaluation of code quality, system scalability, and performance to align with evolving business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive technical strategy and to drive successful project outcomes is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Experience in managing and guiding software development teams through complex projects.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and code quality.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative technical solutions in a collaborative environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
