Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of tailored software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands active involvement in aligning software solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and high-performing applications. The lead also dedicates time to reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and steering the project towards successful completion while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.

A product owner / business analyst having experience in requirement analysis / product ownership of
- Applications relating to trading, a few years of experience in FX (foreign exchange) asset class is must
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
- Well versed with stake holder management
- Good amount of experience querying and analyzing logs / DBs


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience in defining and documenting detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and methodologies to support effective requirement management.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
