Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the business requirements. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through technical challenges and driving the successful delivery of software components. Collaboration and problem-solving are central to the daily activities, with a focus on creating efficient and scalable applications tailored to organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and application performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development practices.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in the context of Salesforce development.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security, and deployment processes.
- Skilled in debugging, testing, and optimizing Lightning Web Components for performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
