As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a focus on continuous enhancement to support evolving project goals and client expectations.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with data processing and transformation techniques to ensure data quality.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation and cleansing.
- Familiarity with data visualization concepts to support reporting and decision-making.
- Capability to integrate data analytics within software development processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
