Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application solutions meet the intended requirements and quality standards. The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts plans to deliver effective software solutions in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and project updates.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Proficient in frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS)
-Experience with backend development using Java, Node.js, or similar frameworks (e.g. Spring 5-6, Java 8-17+)
-Familiar with REST API design, database integration (SQL/NoSQL), and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab)
- Familiar with Application design principles
-Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker)
- Hands-on with JUnit 5 and Postman
-Agile methodology
-Testing frameworks or DevOps exposure is a plus'


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office. RTO must 3 days in a week
- A 15 years full time education is required.
