Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Pega Platform. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices within the Pega environment. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable business process management solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Pega applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Pega applications for performance and reliability. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective and maintainable solutions.
