Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance software development processes and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform -CSA and CSSA Certification, React.js.,
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of various systems and APIs within enterprise environments.
- Competence in performance tuning and optimization of software components.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
