Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications developed effectively support business objectives while maintaining flexibility for future enhancements. Continuous evaluation and refinement of the applications are integral to delivering high-quality, efficient software that meets evolving demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- implement scalable customer data solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in customer data platforms (CDP), data integration, identity resolution, segmentation, and Salesforce platform development.
- This role will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver real-time customer insights and personalized experiences across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Design and configure Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Streams, Calculated Insights, and Unified Profiles.
- Implement data space, streams, data ingestion and transformation pipelines from Salesforce and external systems.
- Configure Identity Resolution and Customer 360 profiles.
- Develop and optimize data mappings and harmonization rules.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360.
- Experience with data integration and management within Salesforce environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Data 360.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
