Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, Lead the deployment and operation of the Real-Time Customer Data Platform (Adobe RTCDP / AEP) from India. Manages the offshore data team and ensures data deliverable quality before submission to the France Lead.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement XDM schemas, segments, merge policies and governance rules
- Oversee data ingestion flows (batch and streaming)
- Configure activation destinations toward AJO, Target and media platforms
- Lead offshore Data Engineers and Analysts
- Ensure GDPR compliance according to directives received
- Produce data documentation and quality reports

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Adobe Experience Platform – Data Modeling: XDM schemas (ExperienceEvent, IndividualProfile, B2B), standard and custom field groups, versioning
- Real-Time CDP: profile merge policies (deterministic / probabilistic), Identity Graph, Identity Namespace, cross-device identity resolution
- AEP Segmentation: Segment Builder (batch, streaming, edge), Segment Match, suppression, exclusions
- Data ingestion: source connectors (SFTP, S3, Azure Blob, SQL databases, Salesforce CRM), HTTP API Streaming, Web SDK
- Data Governance (DULE): data labeling, usage policies, automated enforcement on destinations
- Activation & Destinations: AJO, Adobe Target, DV360, The Trade Desk destination configuration audience export to S3/SFTP
- AEP Query Service: SQL on datasets, derived dataset creation, exports for reporting
- Adobe Analytics , AEP: prop/eVar to XDM migration, Analytics Source Connector
- Consent & Privacy: AEP Consent Framework implementation (IAB TCF 2.0, GDPR opt-in/opt-out)
- AEP Monitoring: ingestion flow surveillance, data error alerting, data quality checks
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (mandatory)
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Platform Technical Foundations (mandatory)
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (recommended)

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have 7+ years in data/CRM including 2+ on Adobe AEP/RTCDP, strong command of XDM and AEP APIs, GDPR expertise, proven offshore data team management.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
