Key Responsibilities:

1. Livelihood Program Development

• Design and operationalize livelihood programs to promote self-reliance among host and neighboring communities.
• Develop masterplans, proposals, and business models for farmer associations and community enterprises.
• Coordinate with partner organizations to secure resources and technical support.
• Facilitate product development, packaging, and market linkage initiatives.

2. Program Implementation and Monitoring

• Track organizational and individual income derived from livelihood initiatives.
• Maintain databases on membership, income, product and marketplace activity.
• Prepare progress and final reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• ​Graduate of Development Studies
• With at least 5 years related work experience
