About the Role

Our partner is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to join their growing content team. This role sits at the center of creative operations, ensuring projects move smoothly from planning to delivery while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

As a Creative Project Manager, you will coordinate content production workflows, manage project timelines, organize digital assets, and conduct quality assurance reviews before deliverables reach stakeholders. You'll work closely with creative, strategy, and client-facing teams to keep projects on track and ensure consistent execution across multiple content initiatives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, content coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience organizing and maintaining digital assets and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to review deliverables against brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment with distributed teams.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience using Asana for project and content management.
• Familiarity with Figma for asset staging, review, or creative collaboration.
• Previous experience working within a content, marketing, creative, or agency environment.
• Experience supporting creative production teams and content workflows.
• Understanding of content creation, digital marketing, or creative operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain creative assets across multiple projects, ensuring proper naming conventions, version control, and accessibility.
• Build, launch, and manage content plans within Asana while keeping timelines and priorities aligned.
• Perform quality assurance reviews on content and creative deliverables before submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and brand consistency.
• Coordinate project schedules, resource allocation, and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Manage and stage visual assets within Figma for review, presentation, and production handoff.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Serve as a key point of coordination between creative, strategy, and stakeholder-facing teams.
• Track deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard.
• Support content production operations and help maintain smooth day-to-day project execution.

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days

• Gain a strong understanding of content workflows, project structures, and team processes.
• Become familiar with active projects, asset libraries, and internal tools.

First 60–90 Days

• Independently manage content plans and project timelines.
• Conduct QA reviews with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and support pod operations effectively.
• Identify workflow improvements that increase team efficiency and delivery quality.
