Impact In This Role
A detail-oriented and analytical Costing Engineer joining our C&DFM team will be 100% focused on platform quoting enhancements for the US market. You will play a key role in ensuring our e-commerce quoting platform remains accurate, competitive, and aligned with market realities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review and update cost inputs across the platform to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
- Identify gaps and advise on quoting parameters that need updates or improvements
- Analyze quoting trends and provide actionable insights to improve platform performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to platform quoting accuracy for the US market
- Document changes and maintain version control of costing parameters
Desired Traits
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in costing, estimating, or manufacturing engineering
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes CNC machining with machining background.
- Experience with e-commerce or digital manufacturing platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools
- Familiarity with DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles
- Prior experience in a high-growth tech or manufacturing company
