DESCRIPTION
You will join our Digital Transverse Functions Solutions Team (EIIF) whose objective is to build, develop and maintain new Digital solutions in different functional perimeters as HR, Corporate functions, Procurement, Quality & Programs.
You will be part of a multicultural team involved in the design, building and deployment of Digital solutions based on custom development or Saas solutions.
The jobholder will reinforce our development activities, you will be a key player in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous evolution of our Web applications mainly in Quality and Procurement domains.
YOUR CHALLENGES
As a Junior Developer, your mission will be split across four main pillars:
Scalable maintenance (Change Requests):
- Analyze, design, and implement new functional modules based on business requirements.
Corrective Maintenance (Bug Fixing):
- Investigate, debug, and resolve technical issues reported by users.
- Ensure the long-term stability of the application by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes.
Performance & Optimization:
- Audit and improve application response times (Front-end and Back-end).
- Optimize SQL queries and Java logic to handle increasing volumes of data.
New Projects & Innovation:
- Contribute to the architecture and development of new greenfield projects within the Procurement and Quality roadmap.
- Participate in the migration and modernization of components within our virtualized RedHat 8 infrastructure.
SKILLS

- Education: Master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Experience: 0-2 years.
- Soft Skills: Resilience: You enjoy the challenge of solving complex bugs, Service-Oriented: You understand that your work directly supports the daily tasks of our Procurement buyers, English Proficiency: Mandatory for technical documentation and international collaboration.
- Technical knowledge : Front-end (Angular, Node, Bootstrap, PrimeNG), Back-end (Java Spring Boot, Maven, REST APIs, SQL Server, Liquibase, JPA/Hibernate), DevOps & Environment (GitLab, Jenkins, RedHat 8 (VM), Apache, Tomcat).
