About the Role
As a Contract & Tender Representative you will play a crucial role in supporting various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance. You will follow established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective administrative support, initially under supervision and gradually independently. In this role you will report to the Contract & Tender Team Leader.
What You Will Do
Managing contracts and tender documentation, including tracking input from stakeholders and preparing samples.
Inputting data into databases and computerized systems to keep customer records up-to-date and generate sales reports and statistics.
Responding to routine internal and customer inquiries following established guidelines or checklists.
Managing SAP Master Data, including customers, pricing, and products
Creating and modifying Excel reports and developing new "Salsa Report" queries.
Performing calculations to compile accurate statistics.
Providing system support, including Essity developed systems, SAP, CRM Dynamics, and Servess I.T. support ticketing system.
Communication with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing,and finance customers in both Dutch, French and English.
Who You Are
Motivation and aspiration towards achieving a professional bachelor’s degree level of thinking and working are welcome.
Minimum of 3 year of work experience.
Excellent in Dutch, French and English, written and spoken.
Excellent knowledge of Excel is required.
Knowledge of SAP.
Experience with tenders is a plus.
Understanding of business economics f.e. working with ratios and percentages.
Good knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
Proactive, dynamic and accurate in work.
Effective communication skills.
Team player and flexible.
