Your Impact

Drive technology design, implementation, and optimization for enterprise projects to accelerate critical customer outcomes. Translate complex business requirements into robust R&S, SDA, and SD-WAN solution architectures to meet evolving enterprise needs. Act as a technical focal point for cross-functional teams to ensure the rapid resolution of sophisticated network issues and compatibility challenges. Mentor junior engineers and curate best practices to improve delivery efficiency through automation and scripting. Partner with clients in a consultative manner to influence solution architectures, demonstrate ROI, and drive successful technology transitions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Enterprise Network Architecture, specifically Routing & Switching.
• Hands-on experience designing and troubleshooting Cisco SD-Access (SDA) and SD-WAN solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and Ansible for network automation and delivery efficiency.
• Working knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments including Security, Firewalls, Wireless, and Data Center/Nexus technologies.
• Proven ability to facilitate design workshops and lead technical conversations with stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent technical writing skills, with a track record of producing high-quality HLD/LLD documents and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers during challenging technical situations.
• Demonstrated commitment to mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.

お客様・パートナー様、社内関連各所と協業してお客様ネットワーク導入、運用の支援をします。

・お客様の課題や技術要件の整理
・お客様の課題に対する施策案の提案
・お客様要件の整理と実現方式作成
・お客様システムの基本設計書、詳細設計書作成
・技術的な問い合わせ対応
・お客様・パートナーとの関係構築・維持

【求められる能力】

-Must Have-
・3−6年以上の関連エリアでのシステムエンジニア経験
・Router、Ethernet Switchの知識およびWirelessソリューションに関連したProjectのプランニング、デザイン、インプリメンテーション、検証、ネットワークマイグレーションそしてOptimizationの対応経験および知識

・WLC(Wireless LAN Controller)およびISEなど認証システムとの連携などWireless管理システムの知識

・ENT系ネットワーキングにおける深い知識およびENT系ネットワークのエンジニア経験（CCNPもしくはそれと同等の資格を保有している）

・ネイティブレベルの日本語能力とビジネスレベルの英語理解能力

-Nice to Have-
・サーバーOS(Linux系, UNIX系、Windows系)およびミドルウェア の基本知識

・リーダーシップをもってプロアクティブに活動できる方

・AIワークロードに対応したインフラの構築・運用経験はプラス

・プログラミング能力があれば尚良

・自律的な遂行能力を持ち、一般的な指示のみで新しい課題に対応可能な能力

・関連技術への深い理解に基づき、顧客へのコンサルティング提案を積極的に行える能力

・自身の業務だけでなく、他のエンジニアへの指導やメンタリングを行い、チーム全体の効率化を促進できる能力

・プロセスやソリューションのファシリテーションを通じて、顧客やチームから信頼される存在へと成長できるアドバイザーとしてのコミュニケーション能力

・英語のドキュメントを読んで理解し、E-mail/Chat等を通じて対応開発エンジニア等と基本的な英語でのやり取りができること。
