For the avoidance of doubt we do not deal with retail clients. We neither offer any securities (bonds, shares, notes etc.) nor do we act on behalf of any other financial institution to offer such securities to any clients.
Join our Compliance team and help protect the bank against financial crime. As a Compliance Analyst, you will support the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) function in ensuring compliance with AML/CFT, sanctions, anti-bribery & corruption, and fraud prevention requirements.
Your Responsibilities
Support the implementation and monitoring of AML/CFT policies and controls.
Assist with regulatory reviews, gap analyses, and policy updates.
Contribute to the Compliance Monitoring Plan by performing control testing and tracking remediation actions.
Participate in sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening activities.
Support transaction monitoring reviews and investigations.
Assist with compliance reporting for the MLRO, management, and governance committees.
Help maintain compliance documentation and regulatory records.
Support the delivery and tracking of financial crime compliance training.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field is an advantage.
Up to 2 years of experience in Compliance, Audit, Banking Operations, or a similar area (including internships).
Strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work with structured processes and maintain accurate documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Professional, trustworthy, and eager to learn.
Languages
English: Fluent (mandatory)
French, German, or Luxembourgish are considered an asset.
