Who we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Community Manager with experience or a strong interest in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate is a digital-savvy professional with a background in content planning, community engagement, and social media management. You thrive in collaborative environments, have a passion for cars and the automotive world, and excel at generating insights from audience interactions to enhance content strategies and brand communication.
What you’ll do
- Maintain and moderate social media channels to ensure a positive brand image.
- Create and manage the brand's final content calendar in collaboration with the creative team.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content across platforms to ensure proper execution.
- Conduct active monitoring of social channels to identify opportunities, trends, and potential risks.
- Moderate and manage Q&A to foster meaningful audience engagement.
- Update visuals, descriptions, and contact details across all social profiles.
- Provide support during event coverage (real-time coverage during business hours).
- Assist in identifying and collaborating with influencers, particularly in the automotive sector.
- Analyze audience feedback and generate actionable insights to optimize content strategies.
- Experiment with new platforms, tools, and content formats to keep the brand ahead of trends.
- Support Account Executives in client communication as needed.
What you’ll need
- Experience or a strong interest in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage and follow through on tasks effectively.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret reports and extract meaningful insights.
- In-depth knowledge of digital platforms and social media trends.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
- Experience in content calendar creation and management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Accounts, Strategy, Martech, Creative).
- A creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
