As a Senior Manager in Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) within the Industry & Experience (I&E) practice, you will operate as a Reinvention Partner — a trusted, senior advisor to CMT clients who is personally accountable for helping them reinvent boldly, continuously and at speed. This is a role with genuine breadth and weight, demanding excellence across three equally important dimensions: originating and shaping client opportunity, leading complex transformation delivery, and building and developing high-performing teams.

You will bring deep CMT industry expertise together with a command of the reinvention agenda — including AI-led transformation, digital operating model redesign, and enterprise-wide change — to drive outcomes that are measurable, sustained and meaningful.

1.  Client Engagement & Origination

• Serve as a Reinvention Partner to senior CMT client stakeholders — building relationships that go beyond the engagement to become a trusted advisor on their reinvention agenda.

• Identify, shape and convert opportunities that address clients' most pressing transformation priorities: from AI and data strategy to digital core modernisation, customer experience reinvention and operating model redesign.

• Contribute meaningfully to account strategy and commercial growth, leading or supporting proposal development with a clear, differentiated CMT point of view.

• Represent Accenture's I&E CMT capability in the market — at client forums, industry events, and through thought leadership.

2.  Transformation Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex transformation programmes across CMT clients, maintaining full accountability for pace, quality, client satisfaction, and commercial performance.

• Apply structured problem-solving and a genuine reinvention mindset to challenges spanning AI adoption, core technology modernisation, workforce transformation, and cross-functional operational change.

• Work seamlessly across Accenture's Reinvention Engines — including AI & Data, Technology, and Industry & Process — to bring the best of the firm to every engagement.

• Maintain rigorous delivery governance and risk management, ensuring engagements stay on track and deliver the outcomes clients signed up for.

3.  People & Talent Leadership

• Lead, coach and actively develop the talent within your teams — creating conditions where people are stretched, supported and set up to grow.

• Act as a people sponsor and mentor within the CMT and I&E community, contributing to performance management, talent reviews, and career development conversations.

• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that reflects Accenture's values and its commitment to growing the next generation of Reinvention Partners.

• Be visible and present as a leader — not just on your engagements, but in the broader practice community.

What You'll Bring

• Substantial consulting or senior industry experience in the Communications, Media and/or Technology sectors, with a clear track record of leading large-scale transformation programmes from strategy through to delivery.

• A genuine command of the reinvention agenda facing CMT companies — including generative AI, cloud and infrastructure modernisation, digital business model evolution, and talent and workforce transformation.

• Demonstrated ability to build trusted senior client relationships and originate meaningful, impact-led work.

• Strong delivery leadership — the credibility and capability to mobilise and lead complex, multidisciplinary teams through ambiguity and at pace.
