Join GenesisCare as a Clinical Research Coordinator and help bring innovative cancer treatments to patients through the delivery of high quality oncology clinical trials.

Based at our St Leonards clinic within the North Shore Health Hub, you will become part of a supportive and collaborative research team, backed by the expertise and resources of a global clinical research network. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful patient outcomes while enjoying a positive work life balance.

This part time position (3 days per week) is offered as a 12-month contract and is ideal for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (with a minimum experience of 1 year) who is passionate about clinical research and wants to remain hands on in a specialised, rewarding, and patient focused field.

More Specifically, You Will:

• Support the delivery of oncology clinical trials, ensuring all activities are conducted in line with protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements
• Work in partnership with investigators to coordinate daily trial operations and maintain study momentum
• Contribute across all stages of the trial lifecycle including start up, recruitment, patient visits, monitoring, and close out
• Ensure study documentation and regulatory records are accurate, up to date, and inspection ready
• Complete clinical procedures such as vitals, ECGs, venepuncture, and sample handling where appropriately trained
• Provide a positive and professional experience for patients, acting as a key point of contact throughout their trial participation
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, external providers, and sponsors to keep studies running smoothly
• Assist with site monitoring visits, audits, and compliance activities
• Maintain training compliance and support a culture of quality and continuous improvement

We're Interested in Hearing from People Who:

• Hold a qualification in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
• Have a minimum of 12 months' experience working as a Clinical Research Coordinator, with hands on involvement in the coordination and delivery of clinical trials
• Bring experience working within a clinical research, healthcare, hospital, or oncology environment
• Have a sound understanding of GCP, clinical trial processes, and regulatory requirements
• Take a structured and organised approach to managing competing priorities, timelines, and study deliverables
• Are confident communicators who can build strong relationships with patients, investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Are comfortable using systems and technology relevant to clinical trials
