Client Services Manager – Habilitation Services
BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Blue Bell, PA Habilitation Office.

As a Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in managing client services, supporting field staff, building community partnerships, and contributing to the growth and success of the office. Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality client care and support services
- Coordinate client services and manage emergent staffing and scheduling needs
- Manage and grow an assigned caseload through proactive relationship-building and service excellence
- Develop strong partnerships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
- Foster collaborative and communicative relationships with field and office staff
- Monitor key operational and financial performance metrics to support office success
- Partner with Clinical Managers to provide guidance, supervision, and support to field employees
- Support employee engagement, retention, and overall service quality
- Contribute to office growth initiatives and business development efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working with the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) population strongly preferred
- Prior healthcare, medical office, home care, or human services experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Demonstrated success in achieving goals and taking on increasing levels of responsibility
- Strong desire for career growth and advancement
- Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
