JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communication- Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls and e-mail messages. Greet and direct visitors to the department.

• Administration- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.

• Materials and Supplies- Stock and maintain supplies within the department. May transport correspondence, files or supplies to other departments.

• Project Support- Perform a variety of tasks related to supporting departmental projects.

Provides general business support for routine functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• No directly related experience
