As a Manager, Manufacturing (Cleanroom Packaging), you will lead a critical operation responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient packaging of medical devices that impact patients worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to shape manufacturing performance, develop high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement within a highly regulated cleanroom environment.
What You Will Do
- Lead daily cleanroom packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Develop and manage supervisors, team leaders, and production associates through performance management, coaching, workforce planning, and succession planning activities.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring and improving key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, service, labor efficiency, and inventory performance.
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards, contamination control requirements, product traceability processes, and quality system procedures.
- Direct production execution, capacity utilization, resource allocation, and equipment readiness to support business and customer demands.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve process performance, and increase operational efficiency.
- Oversee investigations, corrective actions, preventive actions, audit readiness activities, and resolution of quality or compliance findings.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Environmental Health & Safety, and Human Resources teams to deliver strategic objectives and support future growth plans.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of manufacturing or packaging experience.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, or large manufacturing teams.
- Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading operational excellence or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing performance through key performance indicators and structured management systems.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Automotive, or Aerospace industries.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulatory requirements.
- Experience establishing, expanding, or optimizing cleanroom operations.
- Experience with manufacturing automation, digital manufacturing, or packaging technologies.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- German or French language proficiency
Poland Pay Ranges:
- Poland, Skawina: 192.400 - 320.600 PLN Annual
