*담당업무

• 데이터센터 내 각종 하드웨어 설치, 이동, 해체

• 데이터센터 시설 관리자와 협업하여 지속적 개선 추진

• 하드웨어 설치, 이동, 해체에 대한 세부사항 검증

• 변경 구현에 필요한 모든 하드웨어 가용성 확인 및 자산 관리 프로세스 준수

• 네트워크 엔지니어링, IPAM, GNOC와 협업하여 스위치 포트, IP 주소 할당 및 내부 변경 요청

• 변경 작업 시간 동안 네트워크, 플랫폼 및 기타 팀과 협력하여 필요 작업 수행

• 일일/주간/월간 테이프 변경 작업

• 네트워크팀의 연결 확인 및 변경 요청 관련 모든 작업 수행

• 기타 FM, 보안, 인벤토리 등 관련 변경 지원

*자격요건

• 데이터센터 운영 경력 5년 이상

• Microsoft 서버 제품 관련 전문 지식

• PC/서버 하드웨어 및 네트워킹 관련 전문 지식

• 데이터센터 전원 체계 관련 전문 지식

• 영어 가능자 우대

What this job involves

To achieve excellence in Whitespace management programs incorporating industry best practice, innovative techniques and statutory and contractual compliance. Reports to the Service Delivery Manager.

Major Responsibilities

• Raise changes for installs, moves and decommission of various hardware into the Data Centre. Work with the DC facility managers as part of continuous improvement

• Verifying change implementation details for hardware installs, decommissions and moves are correct. All hardware required for change implementation is available and follow asset management process

• To work with network engineering, IPAM GNOC in assigning switch ports, IP addresses and raising the internal change request with Vodafone (if applicable to the site)

• Liaising with the network, platform and other working teams during the change window for required configuration as applicable, Tape Changes on daily, weekly, monthly basis

• Closing changes in ITSM tools after the network team confirm connectivity and all other associated actions part of the respective CR is completed within the change (task) window

• Any other changes support in FM, Security, Inventory and etc.

Ideal Experience

• 5 years Data Center operational experience.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft server products.

• Expert knowledge of PC and Server Hardware as well as networking.

• Expert understanding of Data Center Power schemes.

• Expert verbal and written communication skills.
