Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing workflows and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation to support the implementation of new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with various business units to understand and define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs and facilitate seamless integration of new systems and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Celonis Process Mining Platform.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes effectively.
- Experience in process mapping and workflow design to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable process documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Celonis Process Mining Platform.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
