Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires creating comprehensive documentation to support the implementation of new processes and technologies. Collaboration with various business units is essential to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and fulfill business demands, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on process objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Asset Servicing.
- Good To Have Skills: Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in documenting detailed process flows and functional specifications.
- Ability to adapt to evolving business environments and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Asset Servicing.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
