Your role and responsibilities :

We are seeking a talented Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Analyst Intern to support market benchmarking, competitive analysis, and business intelligence initiatives. This role combines research expertise, data analytics, and strategic thinking to drive market-informed decision-making across the 
organization. 
 

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Motion Business High Power Division, Bangalore, India, Spain, Poland, Italy and Finland.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Develop and maintain competitor tools and frameworks for comprehensive market benchmarking. 

• Lead market research projects and contribute to competitive intelligence initiatives that inform business strategy. 

• Design and implement competitor newsletters to support ongoing market monitoring and stakeholder awareness .

• Update and maintain product release roadmaps in alignment with Business Line priorities and evolving market trends. 

• Collect, consolidate, and visualize market data through development of dashboards and analytics tools.

• Support the creation and management of a centralized repository for business intelligence and market insights across Division teams.

Qualifications for the role:

• Pursuing MBA (2027 Pass out) or equivalent advanced degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Strategy, Market Research, or related field 

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 

• Experience with market research methodologies and tools 

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
