Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes working closely with various stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the design or redesign of business workflows and organizational components. The role requires continuous engagement with different teams to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with business objectives, fostering an environment of collaboration and efficiency throughout the function's lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes within the platform environment.
- Experience in coordinating with diverse teams to implement business function improvements effectively.
- Ability to design and document business workflows and organizational structures clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address challenges that impact multiple teams.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
