In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that deliver measurable value to clients. This includes engaging with various stakeholders to understand overarching customer needs and designing strategic business solutions and frameworks that align with these insights. The role also encompasses crafting detailed business cases that support the realization of the envisioned outcomes, ensuring that the proposed initiatives are both feasible and impactful. Collaboration across multiple teams and continuous refinement of business strategies are integral to driving successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
- Drive the development and implementation of business strategies that support organizational goals and client requirements.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and project contributions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management processes and how to tailor Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet diverse business needs.
- Experience in designing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules to optimize business workflows and data management.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
