About The Role

Some of Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Manage and coordinate daily operations of the building, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
• Oversee tenant relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
• Facilitate the moving in/out process for tenants, including renovations and repairs as needed.
• Act as a liaison with local authorities, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Supervise and manage outsourced term contractors for various building services.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize building efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Assist in preparing and manage budgets, financial reports, and expenditures related to building operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the building meets safety and cleanliness standards.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve issues that may arise onsite.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to building operations and tenant interactions.
