We are currently looking for a commercially minded and consumer obsessed Brand Manager to join our ANZ Marketing team on a 12-month parental leave contract, leading two iconic brands in our Wellness portfolio: Centrum and Benefiber.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a marketer who thrives on ownership and wants to make a tangible impact and have regional exposure. You will lead your brands end-to-end, translating strategy into execution, delivering growth, and creating meaningful connections with consumers across Australia and New Zealand.

The role:

As Brand Manager, you'll report to the Marketing Manager and take ownership of your portfolio's performance, activation, and growth agenda.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end brand management across Centrum and Benefiber, bringing global and regional strategies to life locally
• Driving in-market performance against key commercial and brand metrics including sales, penetration, market share and brand health
• Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, shopper and retail channels
• Identifying opportunities to accelerate growth through consumer, customer and shopper insights
• Partnering closely with Sales, Category, Finance, Consumer Insights and Global teams to deliver impactful initiatives
• Monitoring performance and applying insights, analytics and market intelligence to optimise plans and investment

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a marketer who combines strong commercial thinking with a passion for consumer led brand building.

You'll ideally have:

• 3-5 years' experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare or a related consumer marketing environment
• Proven experience managing brand plans and delivering successful campaigns from concept through execution
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget management, forecasting and performance analysis
• Experience working cross-functionally within a matrix environment, influencing and collaborating across multiple stakeholders
• Strong digital and social marketing capability, including integrated campaign planning, optimisation and measurement
• A curious, insight-led mindset with a passion for understanding consumers and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with pace and agility
