About the Role
If you are passionate about innovating, building loved brands and you love to generate a connection with consumers… this role is for you! The Brand Innovation Coordinator is responsible to lead and deliver innovation pipeline (short & long term), with the objective to increase market share, value & profit while increasing brand equity. This is a role that requires critical thinking, creativity and resilience to ensure relevant innovation is generated for the brand Regio.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for driving the development of new products, refreshing existing franchises, and managing the pipeline from ideation to launch for the Regio Brand (Toilet Paper).
- Serve as the central hub connecting R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure milestones are met.
- Lead local & global innovation projects closely with Global Team, CMU & Brand Managers.
- Understand competitor activities, industry trends, and consumer behavior shifts to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify consumer needs & insights to generate innovation strategies across all funnel from Ideation to Launch.
- Ensure profitability of innovations by managing end to end financial & volume plans.
- Creative & analytical thinking is required to identify improvements in regular portfolio to increase profit.
- Partner with the marketing teams to hand over key product claims, toolkits, and selling sheets to the sales/commercial teams.
- Project management with operational teams to deliver innovation on time.
Who You Are
- University degree, preferably in business administration, marketing.
- Min 3-4 years relevant experience building & innovating powerful brands
- Experience in developing short mid- and long-term innovation strategies.
- Data driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Open minded and creative passion for new challenges
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience working with global teams is a plus.
