About the role

We are currently looking for BIM Modeler to contribute to the production of Building Information Models which contain 3D modelling, visualizations that bring together data, drawings and schedules associated with the design and construction phase of a project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modelling according to BIM protocols, workflows, and best practices across projects; Modelling following the design and according to instruction of designer.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc.).
• Perform clash detection using tools like Navisworks, Revizto, or BIM 360.
• Help manager/designer to Resolve design conflicts and ensure model integrity.
• Efficiently use BIM software like- Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D; troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support;
• Help to maintain Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms like BIM 360, Procore, or Aconex.; ensure seamless data exchange between stakeholders (IFC, COBie, etc.).
• Implement quality checks to prevent data loss or corruption.

About You:

• BSc./ Diploma in Civil or relevant subject from any reputed university.
• Minimum 03 years of experience in relevant field as a Modeler in infrastructure projects.
• Ideal candidate should have knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM collaboration tools.
