The FirstSteps Team is inspired by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential. What Makes FirstSteps Different
Clinical work comes first. Our Program Directors typically support 12–14 children and lead a clinical team of 7–12 RBTs, giving you the time to stay close to the work that matters.
