We are looking for a BARISTA to join our amazing team!

Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food, beverage, and dining programs.
- Set up the beverage area with all necessary products.
- Polish all cups and glasses prior service.
- Serve residents and guests beverages as requested per recipes.
- Takes and delivers accurate drink orders to residents and guests.
- Charge all drinks accordingly.
- Remove used glassware from bistro area.
- Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices.
- Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
- When applicable, acquaint new residents with menu options.
- Clean and sanitize the barista area by sweeping, moping, and removing trash from the area.
- Maintain inventory of all products.
- Communicate residents likes and dislikes to Executive Chef for menu planning purposes and resident satisfaction.
- Create a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation among all staff.
- Attend Pre-Meal stand up held for all dining and kitchen team members.
- May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

· Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.

· Connect and help residents transition from home to community through thoughtful engagement at every level of interaction.

- Must abide by Company uniform policy.
· Ability to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Background Screening Requirement
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background screening in accordance with Florida law and company policy.
