In data engineering at PwC, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.

The Opportunity

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
• As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you lead the implementation of innovative Azure Databricks solutions that drive business success. As a Manager, you are accountable for overseeing project execution, mentoring junior staff, and leveraging your strategic planning skills to enhance team performance and client satisfaction. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with diverse teams, and make a significant impact on large-scale Data & AI programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering projects utilizing Azure Databricks
• Develop data pipelines and architecture for analytics solutions
• Mentor team members in data engineering recommended practices
• Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years of experience in data engineering
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Experience in designing and implementing Azure Data Analytics solutions
• Proficiency in Azure Databricks and Spark architecture

• Knowledge of Application DevOps tools and CI/CD frameworks
