As an Automation, API and Integration Testing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality engineering within our Technology Consulting practice. You will focus on implementing leading standards in software development and testing processes, using your technical experience to identify and resolve defects, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality outcomes. You will be responsible for coaching team members, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation of quality engineering standards in software development and testing processes
- Managing defect identification and resolution to optimize software performance and enhance user experience
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of integration testing initiatives
- Utilizing technical proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools such as Selenium for browser automation
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable testing protocols and quality assurance metrics
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across quality engineering teams
- Confirming data integrity and security within testing frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhancing software reliability
- Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Prior hands-on experience validating software application is a must 

End-to-end scenario validation (inbound/outbound flows, receipts, timeouts, second-round routing/rollover) 

Negative and manual-intervention paths (approval/repair/reconciliation, compliance timeouts, accounting retries/compensations) 

Performance/SLA testing for instant payments; multi-scheme regression coverage 

Strong understanding of API testing tools with a strong preference for Cucumber 

Experience using SOAP UI/SmartBear or Postman 

Experience testing MQ (Message Queues) 

Detail oriented with strong communication skill to work with BAs, architects and developers 

Experience working with defect tracking tools with preference given to Jira - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics
- Demonstrating proficiency in Quality Assurance Process Management
