Requisitos:
- Bachillerato o Carrera Técnica (preferencia con especialidad en Calidad)
- Experiencia en puesto similar deseable
- Instrumentos de Medición
- Herramientas estadísticas básicas (7 herramientas básicas)
- Manejo de tablas de muestreo
- Interpretación de planos
- Disponibilidad de horario
Responsabilidades:
- Realizar auditorías al proceso e inspección de producto y proceso para asegurar el cumplimiento a las especificaciones requeridas en dibujos de ensamble y plan de control.
- Calificar y dar seguimiento a no conformidades detectadas durante Auditoria de Proceso hasta su cierre.
- Escalar problemas de calidad en caso de que no se dé una solución efectiva por parte del responsable del área siguiendo el plan de escalamiento.
- Apoyar en aclaración de criterios de aceptación – rechazos relacionados al aseguramiento de Calidad al personal operativo.
- Realizar reportes de Rechazo cuando se encuentre una No-Conformidad o cualquier discrepancia con las especificaciones.
- Dar seguimiento a las boletas de rechazo hasta su cumplimiento o terminación.
- Validar el scrap según Procedimiento de Control de Scrap
- Dar apoyo para el desarrollo de nuevos productos, ejecución de primeros artículos y liberación de primeras muestras incluyendo reportes dimensionales para el envío a nuestros clientes para su respectiva validación.
- Ingresar datos y reportes en base de datos
- Capturar y analizar la información registrada en Datalyzer según aplique de acuerdo con el proyecto.
- Dar seguimiento a puntos fuera de control y/o especificación en gráficos de control hasta su cierre con acciones correctivas y/o preventivas
- Mantener 5S en las áreas a cargo
