■ 職務内容 / Job Description
ONC BUの戦略を実行するためにセールスに必要なケーパビリティの向上に貢献する
- トレーナー業務：各種製品/疾患研修、スキル研修、新人研修(製品)、中途入社/復帰者/異動者研修
- 研修の企画・立案・準備：課題の抽出、ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション、スケジュール管理、コンテンツ作成
- 研修の実施：インストラクション、結果分析、フォローアップ
■ 応募資格(経験、資格等) / Qualification (Experience & Skill etc.)
【経験 / Experience】
＜必須要件＞
・ MRとしての業務経験5年以上（以下のような経験をお持ちの方）
- MRとして基幹病院・大学病院の担当経験
- オンコロジーの領域経験
- ステークホルダーとの業務経験
- プロジェクトリーダーとしての活動経験
- Learningに関連する業務経験(トレーナーなど)
