You know how programmatic works, and you want to do more with it than just book campaigns. With us you get the chance to build on your first experience, get to know new channels and shape our digital media operation from the inside: operational, hands-on, and with a clear mandate to make our processes smarter and more efficient through AI.

You manage our programmatic video, CTV, online video and paid social campaigns, and at the same time develop a real understanding of how AI tools can automate the way we work. You are someone who gets things done, thinks ahead and wants to build something.

You do not need to know every channel already. What you do not know, you learn here, on live campaigns with real budget. If you see that something is not working, you change it and test new approaches.

Tasks

• Management and optimisation of programmatic video, Connected TV (CTV) and online video campaigns via DSP platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk or equivalent)
• Daily performance monitoring, bid adjustments and budget pacing
• Management and optimisation of CTV inventory across streaming publishers (Netflix, Disney+, DAZN and others) and programmatic video environments
• Management of paid social video campaigns (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
• Maintaining consistent tracking and a unified taxonomy across all channels and markets
• Developing data-informed media plans including performance forecasts based on campaign learnings and market opportunities, with concrete channel, budget and format recommendations
• Building performance reports and translating data into clear recommendations

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital media management (agency or advertiser side)
• Hands-on experience with at least one DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk or equivalent), CM360 or comparable ad managers, e.g. Google Ads
• Comfortable with core media KPIs (CPM, Reach, Frequency, Brand Lift, CTR, CPV, CPA)
• Genuine curiosity about AI and automation. You do not need to be a developer, but you already use the new tools actively and intensively
• Very good German and good English (working language in international coordination)
• First experience using AI tools in your daily work (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity or similar)
• Familiarity with reporting or BI tools (Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Tableau)
• First exposure to publisher deal management (PMP, direct deals)
