Job Description Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Quality Specialist 1 to join our team. In this role, you will not only be responsible for precise data entry but also play a crucial role in analyzing customer documentation to define the necessary data inputs for setup parameters. By collaborating closely with Data Quality Specialists, you will facilitate successful onboarding and account setup for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition into our system.

SAP Data Entry & Customer Master Management
- Data Entry Excellence: Execute high-volume data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all information is accurately captured in our systems to support operational excellence.
- In-Depth Documentation Analysis: Analyze customer-submitted documents to extract and interpret essential data elements, determining setup parameters that align with customer needs.
- Collaborative Problem Solver: Partner with cross-functional teams, including customer engagement specialists and sales, to clarify data requirements and resolve data-related challenges effectively.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain comprehensive records in accordance with company policies, ensuring data is structured and readily accessible for future analysis.
- Task-Driven Assignments: Complete specific data entry assignments tied to onboarding workflows, adhering to priority and quality standards.
- Error Identification: Identify discrepancies or incomplete information and escalate to Data Quality Specialists for resolution.
- Data Updates: Perform updates to customer master records as needed, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Data Entry Excellence: Execute high-volume data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all information is accurately captured in our systems to support operational excellence.
Onboarding Account Build Support
- Account Build Assistance: Partner with Data Quality Specialists to execute and finalize the creation and maintenance of customer master data for new account setups, ensuring accounts are fully operational and ready to order.
- Documentation Review Assistance: Work with the onboarding team to ensure accurate data entry based on customer-provided documentation.
Operational Excellence
- Process Adherence: Follow established workflows and procedures for data entry and onboarding to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Data Quality Specialists and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and onboarding success.
- Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving data entry workflows and contribute to process optimization.
Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of data entry tasks and customer master updates.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, customer service, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Less than 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, data entry, account management, customer operations, or a related field required. Certification in data administration, customer service, or equivalent preferred.What Cencora offers
