• Manage and coordinate all aspects of framing, with a focus on multi-family wood projects.
• Supervise punch-out staff and laborers to achieve timely project completion.
• Oversee framing punch lists and provide weekly progress updates.
• Coordinate and schedule material deliveries, including lumber and trusses.
• Lead procurement meetings and ensure seamless materials management.
• Work with other assistant superintendents on siding, flashing, and waterproofing
• Ensure job-site cleanliness and maintain daily standards with subcontractors.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in multi-family wood framing (required)
• Strong knowledge of framing methods, materials, and best practices
• Ability to manage, coordinate, and supervise all framing phases from start to finish
• Supervisory experience in construction management (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other business-related software
• Experience with Procore Construction Management software is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required
