POSITION SUMMARY

The Assistant, Payroll reports to the Manager, Payroll, will be responsible for general operations of Payroll Team in Macau.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide general support in day-to-day operations for Payroll Team
• Assist in payroll data collection for final payment calculation, such as attendance record from scheduling team, ad-hoc adjustment from BU and other payroll related information from HR
• Maintain vital and confidential payroll information includes employee salary, payroll records and personal data
• Maintain effective filling system for all payroll files after every month-end
• Dealing with general inquiries from the employees thru payroll enquiry hotline
• Perform external payroll assignment such as to DSF, SSF and Banks etc.
• Ad-hoc assignment as instructed by the Manager, Payroll

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• At least 1 year relevant payroll experience
• Knowledge in Macau Labour Law

Skill  & Competency

• Strong knowledge in MS Office
• Strong sense of job responsibility
• Able to work in tight schedule
