Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining departmental records.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and daily agendas for managers and experts.

• Process incoming and outgoing mail and routine correspondence.

• Assist with the procurement of office supplies and manage inventory.

• Prepare simple documents, reports, and presentations under supervision..

• Provide support for small-scale departmental events and meetings.

• Assist with travel arrangements, including booking tickets and accommodations.

• Maintain and update departmental contact lists and digital archives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies in day-to-day activities.

• Monitor and report simple KPIs and operational metrics.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in administration or technical support preferred.

• Experience 0-2 year in an administrative or technical support role.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with office procedures and organizational tools.

• Proficiency in English required; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
