YOUR MISSION

• The primary role is to manage and execute finance function as per below:
• Oversee the daily accounting and management reporting: Accounts payable for oversea vendors and customs, in line with company policies, standard operating procedures, and authorization matrix. Allocation of expense and manage the accuracy of cost center recorded in SAP. Manage the month-end actual reporting per Reporting Manual
• Tax reporting and statutory compliance : Responsible for Tax compliance. Making sure all the relevant tax topics like TP, WHT, VAT, CIT etc taken care. Tax returns are filed and paid on time and in compliance with tax provisions liaise with consultants and tax authorities during tax audits. Coordinate and complete annual audit with external auditors 
• Oversee treasury functions: Collections and disbursements are managed efficiently, and liquidity planning is line with business requirement, liaising with banks. Manage the long-term loan registration with SBV. Zoho, Automation, lean ERP Project. Perform/Lead ad hoc projects for the continuous improvement of Finance Department – SAP system enhancement, Zoho enhancement, etc

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Valid Chief Accountant Certificate required
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
• Background in multinational corporations (MNCs) or professional audit firms
• 1+ years of supervisory or team management experience preferred
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on working knowledge of SAP
