Asset Management Consultant

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Asset Management Consultant to join our team! In this role you will get to shape and deliver strategic and technical asset management projects across the region, helping clients optimize the performance, risk, and value of their asset portfolios throughout the lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Asset management consultancy: Deliver asset management consultancy and engineering services, providing expert guidance across a range of sectors in the MEA region and helping clients to enhance the performance, resilience, and value of their asset portfolios,  while actively supporting the identification and development of new business opportunities.

• Project support and delivery: Support the development and delivery of a variety of asset and operations management projects across the MEA region, contributing to scoping, planning, analysis, and preparation of high-quality deliverables, with opportunities to take ownership of defined workstreams and client-facing activities.

• Policies, procedures, and standards: Support and lead the development of asset management policies, procedures, and standards, and guide clients in implementing these across their organizations, including developing lifecycle strategies, supporting asset inventory definition, asset data analysis, and asset reporting, as well as preparing asset management–related outreach materials and project delivery documents.

• Frameworks and strategic planning: Take responsibility for a range of asset management consultancy services, including developing asset management frameworks and improvement roadmaps aligned with ISO55001, defining asset performance metrics and levels of service, supporting the design of asset information and data models, and analyzing whole-of-life asset risk and expenditure to recommend optimized asset management strategies, medium-term capital investment plans, and operational plans

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.

• Experience of implementing asset management services in accordance with industry best practice with working knowledge and delivery of ISO 55001.

• More than 5 years successful experience in asset management, business consulting, infrastructure or technology-driven advisory.

• Expertise in Asset Management in particular digital asset and information applications.

• Specific experience within critical infrastructure, mobility, or building markets.

• The candidate shall have excellent project management and communication skills.

• A proven capability to support multiple projects.

• Established knowledge and experience in implementing Asset Management activities.

• The role will be based out of Dubai with as needed travel within MEA region for project related activities.

• Proficiency in professional level written and spoken English.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience in asset-related data visualization and dashboarding (for example, using Power BI) to support asset performance monitoring, risk profiling, and decision-making.

• Ability to read and understand engineering and system architecture drawings to interpret asset hierarchies, systems, and interfaces for use in asset registers, criticality assessments, and lifecycle planning.

• Ability to demonstrate assertiveness and operate effectively in a fast-paced consultancy environment, engaging confidently with stakeholders to discuss asset management issues and recommendations..

• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for collaborating with clients and stakeholders across the MEA region.
