Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate assembly and packaging of seals.
- Act as a floater and provide support to the associated departments as required.
- Ensure the quality of manufactured components in accordance with company standards.
- Process production orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Contribute to smooth production operations by performing additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to operate a production terminal.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Good written and spoken German language skills.
