HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…
As an Aseptic Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of aseptic processing systems while maintaining product quality and food safety standards. You will monitor production processes, troubleshoot operational issues, and help ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, and company requirements. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help deliver products that consumers trust every day.
WHAT YOU WILL DO…
- Operate and monitor aseptic processing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production.
- Monitor process conditions including temperatures, pressures, water levels, line speeds, rotation speeds, alarms, fault codes, and other operational parameters through HMI and control systems.
- Verify product information and process settings using HMI screens and other production systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues using established procedures, centerline settings, and operational adjustments.
- Respond appropriately to alarms, process deviations, and line disruptions while escalating concerns as needed.
- Assist with product changeovers and production turnarounds following established procedures.
- Complete all required production, quality, safety, USDA, and OSHA documentation accurately and completely.
- Support training efforts by demonstrating job tasks, answering questions, and providing feedback on trainee progress.
- Participate in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes and eliminate recurring issues.
- Maintain awareness of production conditions and communicate equipment or process concerns to leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)
- Ability to follow work instructions, operating procedures, and safety requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to monitor production processes and react appropriately to changing conditions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine production or process issues.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Ability to accurately complete required documentation and production records.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures.
- Ability to work a 12-hour overnight shift schedule, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
- High School Diploma or GED.
- If no High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience.
- Previous food manufacturing, beverage manufacturing, or aseptic processing experience.
- Experience working with automated processing equipment and HMI systems.
- Knowledge of aseptic processing principles, food safety practices, and quality requirements.
- Previous troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience training or mentoring new employees.
- Familiarity with USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation requirements.
SHIFT INFORMATION
Overnight Alternative Work Schedule
6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Schedule:
- 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on
- Includes weekends and holidays as scheduled
COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $18.95 - $22.30 per hour
Compensation is based on relevant manufacturing and processing experience.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
