Role Overview

Experience Required: 5-6 years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business workflows using workflow automation platforms

• Build reusable workflow components and services

• Develop business rules, forms, integrations, and process automation

• Troubleshoot and optimize workflow performance

Required Skills

Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with any one of the following platforms:

• Decisions Platform (Visual Workflow)

• Appian

• Pega

• Camunda

• InRule

• Drools

• Corticon

Programming Languages:

• JavaScript (ES6+)

• Node.js

• Angular or React

• Clojure (preferred)

• Technical Expertise

• Workflow & Automation design and development

• Design, execute, and optimize should be good
