This Position reports to:
Global IS Dept. Manager, Data Analytics
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.
Your responsibilities
- Architect, support and administer technical business applications and related services.
- Design and manage IAM - Identity and Access Management and UAM - User Access Management processes, including user onboarding, access requests, and role management for relevant applications
- Architect, Configure and support interfaces, integrations, and data transfers between systems.
- Contribute to application implementation, upgrades, and infrastructure-related projects.
- Investigate and resolve application, connectivity, and access-related issues.
- Collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
Qualifications for the role
- Experience in application support, administration, or IT operations.
- Experience with IS applications architecture and overall architecture governance
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and User Access Management (UAM).
- Understanding of system integrations, interfaces, APIs, and data transfer processes.
- Familiarity with hosting environments and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
