Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Conduct laboratory trials and evaluations for Dairy, Beverage, Frozen Dessert, and other food ingredient applications using IFF products.
• Support product development activities by preparing samples, testing formulations, and documenting trial results under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in coordinating incoming projects and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with Application Specialists on customer-driven new product development, product improvement initiatives, and market-focused projects.
• Support innovation and application activities that contribute to the growth of the IFF Food Ingredients business pipeline.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, work areas, and facilities to ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, ingredients, and laboratory consumables to support daily operations.
• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with IFF policies, business strategies, Global Innovation standards, and laboratory safety and hygiene requirements.
• Adhere to company quality, environmental, and safety standards, including GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other continuous improvement programs, while performing any additional duties assigned by the immediate manager.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related food science discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good proficiency in English.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
